When it comes to training theory, operant conditioning tends to be touted as our gold standard. However, if you've been following us for any period of time you will understand why training isn't this black and white.

In the latest episode of the First Do No Harm Podcast, I share some of my biggest take home lessons from the application of negative reinforcement/pressure release and how it made me a worse training for a period of time while I stumbled back to the middle ground.
