In the final episode of this 4 part series, my mom & I continue our heartfelt conversation, emphasizing the importance of knowledge in preventing abuse, positive role models, & the significance of speaking one's truth out loud. We dive into the psychological impact of sexual assault, including the disassociation from one's own body, the challenges of redefining pleasure & arousal, sending mixed signals & fostering an environment that respects children's privacy & allows for their natural exploration of their body.

Intergenerational healing takes center stage as I reflect on my career in the sacred sexuality space, using my own experiences to empower others. The episode concludes with gratitude & the acknowledgment of how adversity can be transformed into a catalyst for growth & positive change.
