Anthony Costales is a trail/ultra runner from Salt Lake City, UT. This last weekend, Anthony won the prestigious Canyons 100k in California, earning a Golden Ticket into the fast approaching Western States 100. In this conversation we talk about his background, his racing history and progression in the sport, before we go deep on the Canyons victory, the training that went into it, and how Anthony is looking ahead to Western States.
