EP 89: The insights and lessons that came out of doing our own ‘Goodbye 2019 Hello 2020’ journals

Happy New Year!
And welcome to a brand new decade ✨✨✨
Now we know people can be in very different places at the start of the year. You might be raring to go, ready with your focus for 2020 and already taking action. Or you might be gently easing your way into this new decade, taking the first month or so as a bit of a warm up to the year ahead. The key, as always, is to take it at your own pace. So if you haven’t done your Goodbye 2019, Hello 2020 journal yet, then don’t panic, you have plenty of time. And if you have done your Goodbye Hello journal, then come and let us know over on instagram @loveprojectlove what your focus for 2020 is. We can’t wait to hear!
And we can’t wait to tell you what our intentions for 2020 are!
And so in today’s Project Love podcast episode we are going to be sharing the insights and lessons that came out of doing our own Goodbye 2019, Hello 2020 journals. What it highlighted for us, the parts we struggled with, how our 2019 intentions truly transformed our lives last year and, of course, what our intentions for 2020 are going to be.
