Most owners started a brewery because they were passionate about beer and wanted to make great product. In the current climate of the industry, making great beer is the baseline of what is needed to be a successful business. With rising costs and lower sales, knowing all aspects of your business is more important than ever. Join us to discuss data points you should be looking at to help grow and maintain your business. Dustin Jeffers is the Vice President of Brewery Product and Experience at Next Glass. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Connecticut and his Master's Degree from Florida Atlantic University. He has been in the beer industry since 2012, working at Saltwater Brewery as the Head Brewer and Chief Operations Officer, and at 3 Sons Brewing Co. as the Director of Operations. Dustin has been a part of multiple aspects of the brewing industry, including brewing, front-of-house, sales, and operations. Dustin now works for Next Glass, Inc as the VP of Brewery Product, focusing on Ollie and all Next Glass has to offer for the beverage alcohol industry. Aaron Keefner is a Solutions Consultant with Next Glass Inc, parent company of Untappd, Ollie, Oznr, BeerAdvocate, & Hop Culture Magazine. Through our brewery solutions team, he provides expert information, ideas, and solutions for our clients, sales, customer success, support, & software development teams on products such as Ollie, Oznr, Untappd for Business, and Data & Insights. Prior to working at Next Glass, he was the Director of Business Operations at More Brewing Company, leading brand creation and development, management of brewing operations at 2 locations, sales, distribution, and marketing. Before that he worked with other notable names such as Revolution Brewing and Goose Island Beer Company based in Chicago.
