Dr. Mantha first began leading efforts to modernize medicine and improve health care through technology as the youngest ever member of the Board of Governors of Florida's state medical association, where she piloted initiatives using data analytics and innovative frameworks to help the state's highest need patients. After earning an MBA and working on Wall Street, she built and launched tech companies focused on optimizing operational efficiency and non-invasive continuous data capture.
