S2: Ep12: The Performers Mindset - Shean Williams

What does it feel like to step up onto a stage in front of 50,000 people? What does it take to put your heart and soul into a song you've written and then wait for the reaction? And how do you truly understand what you're supposed to be in life?

These are some of the areas we cover in this week's episode as I'm joined by singer/songwriter/music teacher Shean Williams.

Shean has been involved in the music and entertainment industry for over twenty years. He grew up surrounded by music at his father's church, he was talent spotted at a very young age and went on to star in the West End at the age of 11. He has honed his craft in the UK but has also spent extensive time working in America whilst signed to Columbia records and working with the legendary soul artist Betty Wright’s Miami Spice publishing company.

Shean's mojo journey has seen him travel the world, yet always stay local through teaching and mentoring young performers. Whether he be teaching choirs locally, or on the road touring with Brit Award and Grammy nominated artist Craig David; the message stays the same, and intention true.
