Julia is a transplant to Texas having lived, traveled, and in several countries. Her background includes a Masters in Public Policy and International Commerce with two decades working in both the public and private sector, most recently as a defense contractor with the Department of Defense.Sadie Catania is the CEO and founder of Foundational Wellness Solutions - a multi-practitioner practice located in Houston, Texas.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Sadie specializes in functional nutrition and epigenetics, with extensive training in gut-brain health, stool, food sensitivity, and hormone testing, as well as blood chemistry.
