Joining us today, Lance shares his journey from being laid off during the Great Recession to becoming a thriving business owner. He was laid off despite great success and winning the Peter F. McKinsey award, which led him to a lot of anger and frustration.

Lance discusses how he quickly adapted after being laid off and was able to secure some jobs. He then shares how he met his partner and started a company, focusing on competitive pricing and efficient processes.
