So I’ve been taking this stuff for a month, I can 100% guarantee if you have some anxiety that you will have less if it and be less anti-social after taking this stuff. If you have severe anxiety it probably won’t work. However be aware, you have to take it everyday. If you miss one day, you can tell a difference. My mood is a lot more blue if I don’t take this stuff. This stuff has definitely improved my quality of life, I can function without it, but I will probably take it from this point until the day I die unless my anxiety gets worse and I need a stronger anti-depressant (fingers crossed that doesn’t happen).

The more you take, the more social and up beat you are. I take two per day as soon as I wake up. That’s all I need, but it recommends 4 capsules.

Magic pills

Oh my gosh… I never thought I’d feel normal again! I’ve been so moody, and tried, and just not feeling myself. I normally take 3 adderall a day. They weren’t helping anything anymore. I knew I had depression, and anxiety, but can’t afford the $300+ a month for a therapist, and I didn’t want to be put on more medication. So I tried this, and WOW! Day 1 I felt a little weird, but decided to take it again day 2. Day 2 was sooo much different already. I had so much more energy, and only had to take 2 Adderall. It’s been about a week now and I feel like a new person I’m down to 1 Adderall a day, that I take in the mornings then I have enough energy to last till bedtime! I’m hoping to stop the Adderall completely! 10/10 recommend this product!

It really helped me

During the time period I decided to try this product, I was experiencing an uncontrollable, overwhelming amount, of situation stress and anxiety, although it did not completely resolve the amount of physical and mental stress I was enduring, it really helped lessen it to a level in which I was able to just breathe. I was then able to utilize some of my other coping techniques such as meditation, exercise and journaling and was able to break the stress cycle and get back on track. I honestly think this supplement is capable of more than it advertises and I would definitely recommend trying it if you are looking for a little extra joy in your life.
