Shawn Frankl is a bodybuilder, powerlifter, trainer and owner of Big Iron Gym. He has World Record totals in both the 198 lb and 220 lb weight class in powerlifting with 1055 lb squat, 825 lb bench, and 750 lb deadlift at 198; and 1060 lb squat, 875 lb bench, and 780 lb deadlift at 220. As a bodybuilder he has placed 1st on multiple occasions and in his most recent show, won 1st place open and masters and overall Men Master's Division at the NPC Mighty Muscle On the Mississippi.
