For the first time ever, this week’s vlog features a very special guest. Overweight for as long as he can remember, James Hefke was 372 pounds at his heaviest. He was waking up 82 times every hour and on the brink of suicide when he found Bright Line Eating. James is now on Day 23 and has released 25 pounds.
