Ep 181: Interview - From Crippling Fears And Perfectionism To An Amazing Life.

Start Your Transformation Now In my opinion, this is an amazing episode. I think many listens will be able to relate and identify with Manuel. He’s one of my students from Austria and he talks about his extreme fears and how today his life is so “amazing he could cry.” We talk about a lot in this episode but the focus was extreme lack of self-worth, inability to even talk with people, disabling procrastination, and crippling perfectionism. In the last sentence I use many words that could be construed as hyperbole, but as you’ll hear, they are not, these were all the circumstances of his life….in his own words. We go further to talk about where he “works from today,” how he has come to understand his self-talk and stories and how his life has made a 180-degree transformation from doom and gloom to as I said above, a life that is “so amazing he could cry.” Enjoy Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 1: Transforming Your Life From The Inside Out

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode you'll discover why you’ve worked really hard, put in all the effort, the hours, the blood sweat and tears and you’re still not getting the results you want. If you’re like most people you are working backwards—working from the “have do be” model. If I had the money then I could hire someone and grow my business. This is a broken model! The model that you want to start working from is what I call “be do have” model. “Who or how do I have to be to do the things that I choose to do to have the success that I want?” In this episode I discuss: Are you working from an identity that sabotages you? How perfectionism didn’t stop me from getting this podcast out How most people are working backwards The “be do have” model (if you’re not using this, you’re sabotaging yourself!) Why people are setting goals in the wrong way The reason you haven’t created what you want to create in life Who are you really? Where were you before you landed on this planet? A powerful question to start asking yourself Transformational Takeaway: What am I committed to and how or who do I have to be to achieve _____?
