Start Your Transformation Now A few days ago I was thinking way back to 1988, my first year out of college. One August morning I woke up pawing at the sheets and throwing up. Little did I know I was having a panic/anxiety attack. With no access to mental health care, I struggled with that for a year until I remembered back to some mental training I had a few years prior. Using that training I completely eliminated a life condition that debilities many people for years and for many, they take medications. In this episode, I share how I stumbled onto self-hypnosis and I share all the many ways you can use it. I know I talked about it in earlier episodes but this one is my own story and how I used self-hypnosis to regain function in my life. Being a former hypnotist I have heard a bazillion times, “I don’t believe in hypnosis.” Candidly, this is an ignorant statement. Hypnosis and the power of it have been endorsed by pretty much every credible medical, scientific, and psychological association and organization in the world. Simply put, it’s the “power of the mind.” No matter where you are in life: facing surgery, giving birth, anxiety, depression, fears, physical pain, PTSD, or even performance anxiety – sexual or otherwise, self-hypnosis CAN most likely assist you in healing and living the life you want! Start Your Transformation Now Doing transformation work for many many years I’m never surprised at how many people are in bad, unhealthy and just out right abusive relationships. And, they are afraid to leave. Well, so was Penny. This is a really powerful episode, as I hope all of them are, and in this episode Penny talks about how she was in a subjugating relationship and in one with an abusive partner. And, the wake up call for her was that she didn’t even realize it was an “abusive relationship.” As we continued talking she shared why she stayed in the relationship. Actually, it’s all the same reasons as most people: The kids, financial security, the home, the stability, what her friends and family would say and mainly because of fear. Her fears were, “What am I going to do if I leave? How can I afford to live alone? How can I afford this house? And, what happens if I leave?” Again, all things that worry many people. And, all things that keep people trapped. As you’ll hear, one day she decided to leave and today she owns her dream home, which she thought she could not afford and has a thriving and very profitable business and this all happened in under six month. As well, I asked her to break down her thinking that took her from where she was to where she is today, and she shares this all with you in the episode. He talks about how his life shifted when he started living from the “inside out” instead of the outside in. Start Your Transformation Now These days all kinds of “spiritual authors” have all kinds of books about “spiritual laws.” However, most people mix and match “laws” that tend to validate their model of reality. In this episode I quickly cover the “Seven Cosmic Laws” brought to the world by Hermes Tresmegistus and though the laws were just published around 100 years ago, the manuscript is believed to be over 10,000 years old. These are the laws that govern as laws and as you’re listening to this episode you’ll find two things: one, it will be obvious why your life has unfolded in the way that it has and secondly, you’ll start to see just how powerful you are. The Seven Cosmic Laws are known as Hermetic Wisdom and in this episode I lay out all seven for you. The Laws… 1. The Principle of Mentalism: The All is mind; The Universe is Mental. 2. The Principle of Correspondence: As above, so below; as below, so above. As within, as without; as without, so within. 3. The Principle of Vibration: Nothing rests; Everything moves; Everything vibrates. 4. The Principle of Cause & Effect: Every cause has its effect; Every effect has its cause; Everything happens according to  law’ Chance is but a name for law not recognized’ There are many planes of causation,but nothing escapes the law. 8. The Principle of Gender: Gender is in everything; Everything has its masculine and feminine principles; Gender manifests on all planes. Start Your Transformation Now If you’re like most of the people on the planet, or at least in the first world, you have often asked yourself,“What do I need to do with my life?” Yes? No? This is akin to an earlier episode I did on your “purpose” but I’m looking at it from a different angle in this episode. As you’ll hear me say in this episode, most of us have been taught to go through life to “earn the gold watch.” You know…go to college, get a great job, make money,have a family and retire from the job after 40 years with that infamous “gold watch.” What a life, eh? 90% of people live this way because they don’t know any other way and recent research shows that over 70% of people are completely unfilled with living their lives this way. Yet, most do it for decades, anyway. If you’re like most of us I know you have thought,“There has got to be more to life than work, live and die,” right? There is more, but as you’ll discover in this episode, you’ll never ever discover what this other is until you set out on a journey to discover who you are at your soul level. I mean, after all, you are all a soul in a body, right? So, the reality is… You can live for your 3D ego or for your soul’s expression, the choice is yours and I know that one brings the hamster wheel of life and the other brings absolute freedom.
