Ep 224: Tame Your Brain And Go Beyond Your Limits

Ep 224: Tame Your Brain And Go Beyond Your Limits

Start Your Transformation Now In truth, you have no limits. You may have certain physical limitations but I’ve seen people with what are perceived to be huge limitations do unbelievable things. In this episode, I talk about how the concept of “go beyond your limits” was introduced to me. We are often told we have limits but how often do you think, “OK, I might have current limitations, and let me go beyond those? In shamanism, there is a quote that I love and it’s “When the warrior stops talking even the craziest of tasks becomes possible.” You may initially think that this episode is about self-talk but it’s really not, it’s about quieting and taming your mind that drives your self-talk. The reality is that the only reason you cannot go beyond your perceived limits is because you think you cannot and in that moment is when your brain-based programming, subconscious programming, and mental chatter are stopping you. We must stop the mental chatter, the “monkey brain.” But how? You’ll never stop your brain and fully quiet your mind, however, you can tame them both and that gives you a better opportunity to silence them as much as possible. In this episode, I explore seven ways that I have used and learned over the years and I have practiced many of them for decades. I give you a lot of choice and variety as different things will work for different people. We all process information differently and have different abilities, likes and preferences. You’ll obviously know of at least three to five of them and then a few you may not have heard about or thought of. So, listen and then experiment with what works for you. As I said above, the key to going beyond your limits is taming your mind and brain and honestly there is no better time than now and you’ll find the applications endless: Better health, wellness, focus, peace of mind, joy and maybe even doing things you have never done before. Transformational Takeaway: To quiet the mind you first have to tame the mind! When you tame your mind you can start going beyond your limits. Ep 35: AYNI - The Reciprocity Of Life Part 2

Ep 35: AYNI - The Reciprocity Of Life Part 2

Start Your Transformation Now How often you wondered why things are not coming to you as easily in life as they seem to come to others? Probably almost everyone reading this can relate in some way. Right? You’re working away, you’re helping others but things just don’t open up. The flood gates never open wide. There are a few reasons for this but a vital reason is where you’re holding your energy and attention in regard to service and manifestation. In my opinion, this episode is a Master Concept – AYNI. Ancient Incan for “Reciprocity of Life.” We get what we give with an open heart, and if you’re not getting in life you may want to ask yourself if are you “giving to get or giving to give?” In this episode we talk about: [11:04] Why “servant leadership” is usually misplaced [12:01] Taking, matching and giving [16:04] The humbleness of giving anonymously [18:39] Why the best way to take care of yourself it taking care of others first [25:18] Why giving to others is an investment in yourself [26:03] How giving is like an ATM And, as you know from every episode, much, much more. In this episode I give you multiple stories and examples of how I shifted from a “matcher” to a giver. Specifically, a giver with an open heart, which makes all the difference. I said it earlier and I’ll say it again, I cannot stress enough, AYNI, and mastering it is the key to just about everything you want. Enjoy this episode, and more importantly, master ANYI and transform your circumstances. Transformational Takeaway: What you give with an open heart is what returns. Ep 34: Q & A - How Can You Commit To Your Goal If You Don’t Know What Your Goal Is In The First Place?

Ep 34: Q & A - How Can You Commit To Your Goal If You Don’t Know What Your Goal Is In The First Place?

Start Your Transformation Now This week’s Q&A Rocco asks, “How can you commit to your goal if you don’t know what your goal is in the first place?” If you’re like most people, you can relate. You know what you don’t want but you don’t know what you do want. Can you relate? If you can relate, you’re like Rocco, and even if you can’t entirely relate, you may still enjoy this episode because it may reveal to you some ineffective performance strategies you’ve been using. In this episode we talk about: [7:39] Why being “realistic and reasonable” are traps [9:00] How most people work from resignation instead from the possibility [19:17] The fact that you’re a born creator [20:14] Why the only place you can create from is the present moment [26:15] How there are no rules in life Transformational Takeaway: Stop talking about what you don’t want and start working from what you do want. Ep 33: AYNI - The Reciprocity Of Life

Ep 33: AYNI - The Reciprocity Of Life

Start Your Transformation Now This is a very special episode because it is the first time that I have a guest on the podcast. Today’s guest is Mr. James Wedmore, who is a very very good friend and he’s here because our relationship perfectly reflects the topic of today’s episode – AYNI. AYNI is an ancient Incan word for the concept of reciprocity of life. James and I play a huge role in each other’s lives and serve each other. In this episode we talk about in great depth the concept of AYNI and giving with an open heart. In this episode we talk about: [7:20] Why you need to give first to be able to get [8:30] The difference between doing something with your heart and giving without any expectation vs. just doing it for the money [12:40] Aligning with your purpose [17:18] How letting go of things (even if they are valuable) sometimes is the best thing you can do if they are not in your heart [29:39] How having money doesn’t change you and your being [33:57] How selling is helping others because if people don’t have skin in the game, they don’t get the transformation [47:25] How you can manifest anything and give even without having any money Transformational Takeaway: Your life will become truly amazing if you follow the AYNI principle and you start giving with an open heart to people around you. Ep 32: Q & A - How Do I Believe In Myself?

Ep 32: Q & A - How Do I Believe In Myself?

Start Your Transformation Now If you’re like billions of people you could probably relate to the headline. All the motivational speakers, gurus, and armchair motivators yell from the rooftops, “You have to believe in yourself to be successful.” There’s a way to get out there and make things happen in life and it has nothing to do with believing in yourself. In this episode I talk about: [3:57] Belief in self usually comes down to confidence [4:44] Confidence then comes down to competence [8:12] Why judging how “good” you think you are is a trap [14:58] Why it’s not your place to judge how good you are And, finally, I talk about what’s more important than believing in yourself and how operating from this place eliminates the need to “believe in yourself.” Transformational Takeaway: Stop asking how good you are and start asking what you can do to help people. Ep 31: What Is Your Purpose?

Ep 31: What Is Your Purpose?

Start Your Transformation Now How often have you asked yourself this question: “What is my life’s purpose?” If you’re like almost all people, you’ve asked yourself this question over and over and you still haven’t found your answer.  In this episode I dig deeper and take a look at your life’s purpose from a much higher perspective. For most people, they have never thought in this way. They’ve never expanded the level from which they see and experience their lives. In this episode I talk about: [5:38] “Where you’re living from” [9:59] Looking at your life in a bigger context [10:45] Why your purpose is internal and not external [13:28] Why your external purpose is not your real purpose [24:54] And, how working from your highest potential will help you connect with your real purpose Also, I talk about meditation and why this is so important. The easiest way to work from higher purpose is to quiet your mind and connect at the deepest levels of who you are. Transformational Takeaway: Your TRUE purpose is alignment Mentioned Resources: James Wedmore’s Niche Training https://www.jimfortin.com/nichetraining Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 30: Q & A - Up And Down With Money Is My Money Theme Song…How Do I Stop That?

Ep 30: Q & A - Up And Down With Money Is My Money Theme Song…How Do I Stop That?

Start Your Transformation Now Are you on the “money roller coaster?” Money goes up, money goes down and it’s a never-ending cycle, if so, this episode pertains to you. In this Q&A episode I dig into Stacy’s question about why her finances are like a roller coaster and I address why this is her “theme song.” I used to be on that same roller coaster, so I know it well. However, I got off that crazy ride years ago. It’s exhausting, as you know. In this episode I talk about: [3:33] Why the money roller coaster is simply a reflection of your identity [4:29] Your money “thermostat” and how it controls your income [12:11] Why people never see dramatic shifts in income [21:08] Why you have to change your money consciousness And, as you know, a lot more. Oh yea, one huge thing I talk about is the “cause and effect” of money. Money is the effect of a cause, and 99% of people focus on having the effect and place no attention on the cause…which repels money. If you want off the roller coaster then make sure you listen to this episode. Transformational Takeaway: If you don’t fist have money in your mind, you’ll never have it in your environment. You MUST be rich in your mind before you can have it in your life. Ep 29: Why Are You On The Planet?

Ep 29: Why Are You On The Planet?

Start Your Transformation Now Have you ever asked yourself why you’re on this planet? I don’t mean “what is your purpose while you’re on the planet, but the bigger question is…why on this planet? I attempt in this episode to get you to start thinking from a much higher perspective about the nature of your existence here on Earth. Most people search for a lifetime looking for their “purpose,” and they spend their life like a dog chasing his tail looking for this answer. When people think about their purpose, they are mostly thinking about how that gives their life meaning relative to others, but have you ever thought about the bigger cosmic purpose of you coming to this planet? In this episode I talk about: [4:12] How most people see life only in the context of time on the planet [5:39] How do you grow and evolve beyond your perceived time here? [7:09] How we are all born into a world that traps us in a small reality [11:53] Where is your predominant focus on your life right now? [17:27] And, the two biggest reasons you are on this planet. The point of this whole episode is this. Are you living fully into the duality of self and have you evolved into someone who lives from the higher value, meaning and purpose of your cosmic self or have you lived for the sustenance and convenience of your 3D ego? Transformational Takeaway: Do you live to serve and make the world a better place and do you live to serve and EVOLVE your higher self as much as you can? Ep 28: Q & A - What Is The Difference Between Attachment And Commitment

Ep 28: Q & A - What Is The Difference Between Attachment And Commitment

Start Your Transformation Now Have you ever held on to something too long? A relationship, job, or something you were working on that you ”hoped would work out?” If so, you’re not alone. In this episode I obviously talk about the difference between being attached to an outcome and committed to an outcome. Many times people hang on too long to something that they don’t have the skills, abilities, passions or talents to see to fruition, especially related to income-producing opportunities. In this episode I talk about: [5:55] Why hoping and wishing is not a commitment, it’s an attachment [7:01] Why being strategic in commitments is vital to the success [8:45] The reason many people won’t start commitments [9:37] How attachment often creates disappointment and repeated failure [11:04] Why attaching to a perfect outcome stops most people And, much more. As you may have heard me say before, commitment is the bridge between where you are and where you want to be, it’s vital to your success. And, attachment is literally that, attaching to an outcome, which 99% of the time you can’t control which most times leads to disappointment. Transformational Takeaway: Be strategic in your commitments and do not attach to outcomes. Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?
