Ep 229: The Quality Of Your Life Is Dependent Upon…

Start Your Transformation Now “The quality of your life is dependent upon the quality of questions you ask yourself.” Richard Bandler What does that mean? The phrase was coined by Richard Bandler, the co-developer of NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming). It means, as seems obvious, the more and better questions you ask yourself, the better quality of life you will create. And, who doesn’t want a better life? So, what kinds of questions do you ask yourself? What I have found is that fewer people ask questions about how to change their circumstances over why they are in their circumstances. Whatever your circumstances, you created them. It does not matter why you keep creating them or lamenting about them. What matters is what questions you are asking to improve your behavior, circumstances and life. In this episode I ask you a series of simple questions that you can ask yourself, and I share with you the strategy that I use when I just don’t know what to ask or what I think I’m looking for. Make a mental note, your future questions are not to be so much about where you are or how you got there but how you can do things differently and how you must think differently. What I have noticed over the years is that often people go into what I call “resignation.” When they don’t know the answer to something they simply quit or resign themselves to their circumstances. As I mentioned, I also share the strategy that I use to get answers from my higher mind and you have to listen to that to hear my personal process. Transformational Takeaway: The quality of your life is dependent on the quality of questions you ask yourself. If you want to create, be or have more in your life, then ask better questions. Ep 2: Who Are You And What Is Your Identity?

Ep 2: Who Are You And What Is Your Identity?

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode we look at your identity and why you do what you do. You’ll learn that it doesn’t matter what you think you want and it doesn’t matter what you do because you only create in life what you are. Your identity is created from experiences in your life, then you create an interpretation from those experiences and then you tell yourself a story about it for the rest of your life. So, in order to change your identity, you must first ask “What would be the identity of someone who already has what I want?” Look for someone who already has what you want. Listen to the entire episode to learn about changing your identity! In this episode I discuss: How your identity is formed when you’re a small child How you have created an identity loop and it’s keeping you stuck How to determine what identity you have (hint look at your environment) Discovering your internal barometer What identity do you want? How do you get it? Transformational Takeaway: What identity would I need to have to create _____ in my life? Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 1: Transforming Your Life From The Inside Out

Ep 1: Transforming Your Life From The Inside Out

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode you'll discover why you’ve worked really hard, put in all the effort, the hours, the blood sweat and tears and you’re still not getting the results you want. If you’re like most people you are working backwards—working from the “have do be” model. If I had the money then I could hire someone and grow my business. This is a broken model! The model that you want to start working from is what I call “be do have” model. “Who or how do I have to be to do the things that I choose to do to have the success that I want?” In this episode I discuss: Are you working from an identity that sabotages you? How perfectionism didn’t stop me from getting this podcast out How most people are working backwards The “be do have” model (if you’re not using this, you’re sabotaging yourself!) Why people are setting goals in the wrong way The reason you haven’t created what you want to create in life Who are you really? Where were you before you landed on this planet? A powerful question to start asking yourself Transformational Takeaway: What am I committed to and how or who do I have to be to achieve _____?
