Goals are important when it comes to building wealth. And as we always say it’s crucial to form a relationship with your goals, it’s equally important that you form a relationship with your finances.

Financial intimacy is a combination of emotional and intellectual intimacy, which allows people to separate facts from feelings when it comes to money and create a safe space for them to reframe and heal the challenges that impact their behavior. Financial intelligence is also important in understanding what actions to take and what order in which to do so.

Hannah Koenig is a wealth business and leadership mentor for entrepreneurs, CEO, transformational facilitator, and speaker on the Forbes Coaches Council. Her mission is to close the wealth gap and help everyday leaders to be well-resourced. In 2017, she made the decision to learn everything there is to know about finances and wealth building. This was a difficult but empowering shift, allowing her to purchase a home and build a multiple six-figure business.
