#95: Make History Like Phil Mickelson

#95: Make History Like Phil Mickelson

Phil Mickelson became the oldest major golf champion by winning the PGA Championship last weekend at 50 years young. He beat the best players in the world - many who were 25 years younger and more physically talented - by outworking them and transforming his mind, body, and spirit.

I truly believe we can all have similar success regardless of our age. In fact, I've seen it first-hand with a number of my coaching clients who turned 50 this year. They have lost tons of weight, have a stronger and more positive mindset, healthier relationships (especially with self), more confidence, passion, peace, and serenity.

Its time to let go of the "I'm too old" BS story and replace it with hard-work, commitment, surrounding yourself with winners and people who are having massive success, and unwavering belief the best is yet to come. You can make history and achieve transformation just like Phil Mickelson and so many others who make the decision to go "All in!"
