This was a conversation I've been looking forward to since I met him a few months ago. And it did NOT disappoint! We talked about the critical nature of mens work, transitional trauma for athletes and ways to support them, importance of mentors, and cool story of Q literally growing up and being in Mr. Roger's neighborhood.
