Simon Lader began his career as a headhunter in 1997 and co-founded Salisi Human Capital in his home town of Manchester in 2005. He moved to Las Vegas in 2013 to open Salisi’s US office and the company continued to enjoy steady year on year growth. In 2020 Simon started The Conference Room Podcast where he interviews experts about all facets of business success, which is now in the top 1% of podcasts globally. When he’s not working, Simon is a keen single malt whiskey collector and a fan of the soccer team Manchester United, whose failure to win the English Premier League since he left Manchester is something for which he takes full responsibility.
