Ye’s Former Assistant Accuses Him of Drugging and Sexual Assault in Amended Lawsuit

Ye’s Former Assistant Accuses Him of Drugging and Sexual Assault in Amended Lawsuit

Kanye West, known in the music industry as Ye, is facing new allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her. Pisciotta, who previously sued the rapper for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract, has filed an amended complaint in California, according to documents obtained by USA TODAY.

In the filing, Pisciotta accuses Ye of engaging in multiple instances of sexual misconduct, claiming that he "touched, groped, fondled, grabbed and forced himself in and on" her without her consent. She further asserts that these alleged incidents began even before her formal employment with Ye. Pisciotta recounts one such instance in which she says the rapper invited her to a studio session he co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs. During this event, Pisciotta alleges that she was given a drink laced with an unknown drug, which left her “heavily impaired.” According to her complaint, she awoke the following day with no memory of what had happened. Initially, Pisciotta says she did not suspect anything inappropriate occurred until years later, when Ye referenced the night, mentioning that they “hooked up.” This conversation led her to conclude she had been drugged and assaulted by him that evening.

A representative for Ye, in a previous statement to *Rolling Stone*, refuted the allegations, describing Pisciotta’s claims as “blackmail and extortion.” The statement claimed she was “terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary),” and engaging in “lascivious, unhinged conduct.” Ye's legal team further accused Pisciotta of attempting to use “sexual coercion” to extract money and material items from him.

The amended complaint goes on to describe an alleged incident in July 2021 while Pisciotta was on a work trip with Ye. According to Pisciotta, Ye showed up at her hotel room, claiming he needed to use her shower because his was not working. Once inside, she alleges, he dropped his towel and attempted to force himself on her. She says he pushed her onto the bed and attempted to “forcefully thrust his naked body” onto her, despite her visible distress and repeated pleas for him to stop. The complaint states, “(Pisciotta) was very clearly unwilling, non-consenting and visually upset at Kanye West a.k.a Ye for the battery, gender violence and sexual assault.”

Throughout her time working for Ye, Pisciotta alleges that she endured “constant” sexual harassment, noting that she had expressed her lack of interest in a relationship with him. The complaint claims she received numerous sexually explicit text messages from the rapper, which she has provided as evidence. Pisciotta states that this continued harassment, combined with the alleged assault, left her suffering from “severe anxiety, depression, and overwhelming PTSD.” According to her, Ye eventually fired her in 2022 as retaliation for her complaints and refusal to engage in sexual activities with him.

This lawsuit represents one of several legal challenges Ye currently faces. Just last week, a former employee, identified as “John Doe,” filed a lawsuit against the rapper, alleging infliction of emotional distress, labor code violations, and retaliation. Doe claims that Ye asked him to investigate his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, and hired private investigators to monitor his current spouse, Bianca Censori. The lawsuit further alleges that Ye threatened to kill Doe. Doe’s attorneys commented on his decision to remain anonymous, stating, “Our client is so fearful of Ye and his erratic, disturbing, and unpredictable behavior that he wishes to remain anonymous for his own safety.”

The allegations against Ye continue to grow as his former employees bring forward accusations of sexual assault, harassment, and violent threats, raising questions about the behavior of one of the music industry’s most controversial figures.

FBI Seizes Diddy’s “Freak-Off” Tapes in Devastating Forfeiture Order

FBI Seizes Diddy’s “Freak-Off” Tapes in Devastating Forfeiture Order

After receiving a four-year prison sentence in October 2025, Sean “Diddy” Combs now faces an even more devastating blow: the loss of control. A federal forfeiture order has handed over every piece of digital media tied to his sex trafficking conviction to the FBI—tapes, hard drives, phones, and cameras. What once served as private leverage has now become state-owned evidence. In this breakdown, we dig deep into what civil forfeiture really means—how it works, why the Mann Act was used, and how the government can seize even “consensual” material if it facilitated a crime. We explore the eerie symbolism of the government now owning Diddy’s unfiltered archive—the raw footage of a life built on secrecy and control. From Shkreli’s Wu-Tang album to Madoff’s mansions, this is how power unravels: not in a courtroom, but in an auction house, an evidence vault, and in headlines that strip away brand and leave behind only case numbers.  #DiddyTrial #CivilForfeiture #FreakOffTapes #MannAct #FBIInvestigation #JusticeSystem #DiddySentencing #HiddenKillers #AssetSeizure #CelebrityCrime Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Diddy Behind Bars: Could the FBI Still Be Watching?

Diddy Behind Bars: Could the FBI Still Be Watching?

Is Sean “Diddy” Combs truly done with the justice system—or is this just the eye of the storm? In this high-stakes episode, retired FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer joins Tony Brueski to dissect what really happens after sentencing—and whether federal investigators are still keeping a close eye on Diddy from behind bars. Combs is currently serving a 50-month sentence after being convicted under the Mann Act, but the RICO and sex-trafficking charges he was acquitted of haven’t cleared the path entirely. With multiple civil suits pending, an enormous trove of digital evidence still being analyzed, and fresh accusers continuing to emerge—this case is far from cold. Coffindaffer walks us through: What prison life actually looks like for someone like Diddy Why in-custody behavior—from witness tampering to illegal communications—can trigger brand-new federal charges How the FBI monitors communications, third-party proxies, and financial trails even after sentencing Whether new victims, previously unrevealed evidence, or in-prison misconduct could open the door to superseding indictments The psychological profile of high-control inmates, and how that can impact behavior behind bars And why celebrity status may make someone more likely—not less—to stay on the FBI’s radar If you think Diddy’s prison sentence ends the story, think again. This interview lays bare the next chapter—and how the federal government may still be flipping pages. 🔔 Subscribe for more deep-dive true crime interviews and breakdowns. #Diddy #SeanCombs #JenniferCoffindaffer #FBI #TrueCrimePodcast #HiddenKillers #MannAct #PrisonLife #FederalInvestigation #CelebrityCrime #RICO #WitnessTampering #DigitalEvidence #SupersedingIndictment Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? FBI Insider on Diddy’s Prison Life & d4vd’s Tesla Case: Is More Coming?

FBI Insider on Diddy’s Prison Life & d4vd’s Tesla Case: Is More Coming?

Two headlines. Two high-profile cases. One unfiltered breakdown. In this powerful double-segment, retired FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer joins Tony Brueski to examine two of the most complex and closely watched stories in true crime right now: the federal sentencing of Sean “Diddy” Combs, and the unsolved death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas-Hernandez, found deceased in the front trunk of a Tesla linked to musician d4vd. 🔹 Segment One: Diddy Behind Bars With Combs now serving a 50-month sentence for transporting women across state lines under the Mann Act, we ask the real questions: Is this the end of his legal exposure—or just a pause? Could in-custody behavior, like witness contact or coded messaging, spark new FBI investigations? How do digital forensics teams handle terabytes of seized content—and what happens if they find new crimes? Why celebrity status may actually increase surveillance, not lessen it. 🔹 Segment Two: The d4vd/Celeste Tesla Case Weeks after Celeste’s body was discovered in a Tesla frunk—no suspects have been named. We dig into: Why the FBI and local law enforcement may delay arrests despite explosive facts How property transfers, seized electronics, and location data build quiet cases The forensic timelines behind digital extractions, cause-of-death delays, and cross-jurisdiction coordination The psychological markers of concealment and manipulation in cases involving fame, image control, and youth victims If you’ve been wondering why both of these cases feel like they’re on pause—or possibly about to erupt—this conversation unpacks the truth with insight only a former federal agent can deliver. 🔔 Subscribe for more deep-dive true crime interviews and expert breakdowns. #Diddy #SeanCombs #CelesteRivas #d4vd #JenniferCoffindaffer #FBIInterview #MannAct #TeslaFrunk #JusticeForCeleste #TrueCrimePodcast #HiddenKillers #DigitalEvidence #WitnessTampering #SupersedingIndictment #CelebrityCrime #UnsolvedCase #CrimeSceneInvestigation #ForensicFiles #LawAndCrime Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Celeste Rivas Death & Judge Mullins Murder: FBI Profiler Breaks Down Two Cases of Silence-WEEK IN REVIEW

Celeste Rivas Death & Judge Mullins Murder: FBI Profiler Breaks Down Two Cases of Silence-WEEK IN REVIEW

What do a murdered judge in rural Kentucky and a teenage girl found dead in a Tesla in Los Angeles have in common? Power. Silence. And the terrifying psychology of what happens when no one speaks up—until it’s too late. In this special Hidden Killers hour, we’re joined by Robin Dreeke, retired FBI Special Agent and former Chief of the Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program, to break down two high-profile cases where power dynamics, manipulation, and narrative control aren’t just side plots—they’re the main event. 🚨 Segment One: The Sheriff & The Judge  In September 2024, Sheriff Shawn “Mickey” Stines walked into Judge Kevin Mullins’ chambers and opened fire. The killing was caught on courthouse surveillance. But the deeper story? A civil rights lawsuit, women coming forward with allegations of sexual coercion tied to courthouse officials, and a justice system so insular that it turned on itself. Dreeke unpacks the behavioral collapse, the institutional rot, and what it means when the courthouse becomes the crime scene. 🚗 Segment Two: The Tesla Trunk & the Dead Girl  Celeste Rivas Hernandez, a teenager, was found dead in the front trunk of a Tesla linked to music artist d4vd. No one reported her missing. The car sat for weeks. And since the discovery? Nothing. No arrests. No statement. Just silence. Robin Dreeke helps us explore the psychology of concealment, celebrity protection, and how behavior always tells a story—even when the public statements never come. Together, these cases ask one chilling question: What happens when those in power are the ones who cross the line—and everyone else looks away? This episode dives deep into warning signs, behavioral red flags, and the emotional detachment that often precedes tragedy. From rural corruption to celebrity image control, Dreeke brings his years of FBI experience to help us see what these silences are really saying. 🔔 Subscribe for more in-depth breakdowns, expert behavioral analysis, and true crime coverage from the darkest corners of power and influence. #HiddenKillers #RobinDreeke #TrueCrimePodcast #PowerAndSilence #JusticeSystemFail #CelesteRivas #d4vd #LetcherCounty #JudgeMurder #PsychologicalAnalysis Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Diddy’s Breakdown Begins: “Terrified, Depressed, and Broke”

Diddy’s Breakdown Begins: “Terrified, Depressed, and Broke”

Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly “in shock,” “terrified of going broke,” and “anxious” about his 50-month prison sentence — but should we care? In this brutal, voice-driven commentary, Tony Brueski rips through the performative grief, fake remorse, and narcissistic delusions surrounding Diddy’s fall from power. While Diddy mourns canceled speaking gigs and the collapse of his public image, his victims — including Cassie Ventura — are still living the trauma he left behind. Cassie’s powerful letter to the court described years of fear, coercion, and hypervigilance. She moved her family out of New York to escape the man who controlled and brutalized her. And unlike Diddy, she doesn’t get to walk free in four years. Her sentence is for life. In this segment, we break down the hard facts:  ✔️ The 2016 hotel hallway video showing Diddy attacking Cassie.  ✔️ Allegations from dozens of women detailing “freak-offs,” coercion, and psychological abuse.  ✔️ The 11-minute vanity video Diddy played in court — a tone-deaf attempt to rebrand abuse as the “American Dream.”  ✔️ His reported plea for a Trump pardon — because he still believes power should shield him from consequence. This isn’t a redemption arc. This is the slow, humiliating collapse of a man who built his empire on fear and silence. Diddy isn’t facing injustice — he’s finally facing something resembling accountability. And for once, the mirror doesn’t flinch. Brueski doesn’t hold back. If you still feel sympathy for Combs, this commentary might change your mind — or show you exactly which side of history you’re standing on. 🎙️ From Hidden Killers with Tony Brueski, this is the full takedown of Sean Combs’ narcissism, his manipulation of public perception, and the cultural machinery that enabled it. #SeanCombs #DiddyTrial #CassieVentura #HiddenKillers #SurvivorVoices #NarcissisticAbuse #TrueCrimePodcast #CelebrityAccountability #CourtroomJustice #TonyBrueski Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Freak Offs, Violence & Control: Cassie’s Sentencing Letter Against Sean Combs

Freak Offs, Violence & Control: Cassie’s Sentencing Letter Against Sean Combs

Before Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Sean “Diddy” Combs to 50 months in federal prison, he read a letter that few people have actually seen in full — from Casandra Ventura, known to the world as Cassie. This wasn’t a PR statement. It wasn’t a soundbite. It was eleven years of abuse, control, and degradation laid out for the court, in Cassie’s own words. She described being groomed as a teenager, forced into repeated “freak offs” with male sex workers while Diddy dictated every detail — from what she wore to how she looked — under the constant threat of violence, blackmail, and career destruction. Cassie wrote about bruises, scars, infections, addiction, and suicide ideation. She detailed how Diddy’s threats extended to her family and how his power turned her body and livelihood into leverage. She told the judge: “Nothing about this story is great, modern, or loving — this was a horrific decade of my life stained by abuse, violence, forced sex, and degradation.” She warned that Diddy’s public claims of being “changed” and wanting to “mentor” abusers were a façade, writing that the manipulator, aggressor, and trafficker she knew “is who he is as a human.” In this episode of Hidden Killers, Tony Brueski breaks down Cassie Ventura’s full sentencing letter, line by line, and explores what it reveals about Diddy’s pattern of control, the mechanics of coercion, and the reality of survivor testimony in high‑profile cases. We’ll look at how the judge responded, what the sentence really means, and what’s next as Diddy prepares to appeal. 🔔 Subscribe for Hidden Killers’ continuing coverage of the Diddy case, survivor stories, and expert analysis on power and abuse. #CassieVentura #DiddySentencing #SeanCombs #SurvivorTestimony #FreakOffs #HiddenKillers #AbuseOfPower #FederalSentence #JusticeForSurvivors #CourtroomDrama Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Power, Control, and the Dead: Sheriff, d4vd, and Diddy Cases Fully Unpacked

Power, Control, and the Dead: Sheriff, d4vd, and Diddy Cases Fully Unpacked

Three victims. Three abusers. Three systems that looked the other way—until the bodies made it impossible. In this special 2-hour episode of Hidden Killers with Tony Brueski, we’re diving into three stories that expose what happens when unchecked power collides with silence, manipulation, and violence. 🔹 PART 1: The Sheriff & The Judge — A Courthouse Murder in Kentucky  Sheriff Shawn "Mickey" Stines walked into Judge Kevin Mullins' chambers and opened fire. The shooting was caught on surveillance, but the backstory is even darker: civil rights lawsuits, sexual coercion, and a courthouse culture where abuse wasn’t just tolerated — it thrived. With Robin Dreeke, we break down the behavioral collapse that turned a courthouse into a crime scene. 🔹 PART 2: Celeste Rivas & the Tesla Trunk Death — Artist d4vd at the Center  A teenage girl is found dead in the front trunk of a Tesla tied to rising music star d4vd. She was never reported missing. No arrest. No statement. Just silence. Former FBI profiler Robin Dreeke joins us to analyze the behavior behind the silence — from grooming dynamics to legal distancing — and what the frunk placement reveals psychologically. 🔹 PART 3: Diddy’s Sentencing — Cassie Ventura’s Letter & the Collapse of an Image  Sean “Diddy” Combs is sentenced to 50 months in federal prison. But the real story happened before the gavel dropped — in Cassie Ventura’s brutal victim impact letter, in the defense’s campaign-style video plea, and in the judge’s refusal to flinch. We walk through the court record, the government's takedown, and the exact moment branding failed. This isn’t just true crime. This is behavioral analysis, narrative deconstruction, and survivor-centered storytelling — the kind you won’t find in headlines. 🔔 Subscribe now for more deep dives into the darkest corners of power, justice, and the psychological patterns that connect them all. #HiddenKillers #DiddySentencing #CassieVentura #CelesteRivas #d4vd #SheriffStines #JudgeMullins #TrueCrimePodcast #AbuseOfPower #RobinDreeke Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video?
