Where does Jake Oettinger rank amongst the top 10 Goalies in the NHL??

On today's episode of Locked On Stars, Joey explains why he believes Dallas Stars goalie Jake Oettinger will have a career year next season. Otter's last season was funky, dealing with an injury midway through the season, inconsistent play while posting his statistical worst season of his young career but still being named an All-Star. Joey compares the first four seasons of Oettinger to other greats such as Carey Price, Marc-Andre Fluery and Andrei Vasilevskiy and predicts Otter will put together his best season and be a Vezina finalist.
