Strategic timing is a game-changing tactic that I’ve used with my clients for years. It’s one of the most effective, yet simple weight loss steps I teach.


Most diets say that in order to lose weight we have to restrict how much we eat and be in a ‘caloric deficit’ to access our stored fat and release it. This isn’t true.


The goal is to eat enough at the right times. This way we can release stored fat without depriving our bodies of vital nutrients and energy to support our metabolism and overall health.
