I’m so excited to share Day 12 of the Advanced Weight Loss Series.

In this Phase of the training I’m talking about the 7 simple solutions and what needs to happen so you can naturally lose weight and create the body, health, size and self that you desire.

I’m combining the science of nutrition with the behaviour and energetics of losing weight because everything is interconnected. Our brain, body and energy is in constant flow, like a continuous feedback loop. You can’t influence one without the others.

I hope you enjoy Phase Two and looking at weight loss from a new perceptive.

Then, in Phase THREE I’m sharing the difference between trying to lose weight and actually losing weight. What it looks like when you get to your ideal size and maintain it. And how the knowledge of doing this will allow you to create anything you want for your future.
