NLS 208: How Could I Have Walked With Jesus Christ? His Shocking Past Life Memory with John Davis

NLS 208: How Could I Have Walked With Jesus Christ? His Shocking Past Life Memory with John Davis

John Davis was raised in a Catholic family and did not believe in reincarnation when an intuitive reader told him he "walked with Jesus" and revealed who he had been. Intuitively John felt that he had, but being Catholic, he suppressed those feelings and brushed the idea aside. But God/Universe doesn't always let things go.

Over the next year, and without provocation, nineteen different readers told John of the same past life. Still defiant and not wanting this information only from psychics, John found a past life regression therapist and regressed. The results were startling. John fully remembers the life and brings forth the lessons he learned under Jeshua's tutelage.

Please enjoy my conversation with John Davis.

Richard is the author of The Unbound Soul and The Warrior's Meditation and a master-level instructor of martial, meditation and healing arts.Richard began formal martial arts training at age 12 and moved to Japan at the age of 24 to advance his training with masters of the sword, staff, and aiki-jujutsu.During his 15 years in Japan, Richard was awarded masters licenses in fours samurai arts as well as a traditional healing art called sotai-ho. Richard is one of the world's foremost experts in the traditional Japanese martial arts.Through his books, his meditation, and martial arts seminar, Richard Haight is helping to ignite a world-wide movement for personal transformation that is free of all constraints and open to anyone of any level.Richard L Haight, award-winning author of The Unbound Soul and master of four samurai arts, shares the best-kept secret in self-improvement, cognitive development, and stress relief, which he calls the Warrior's Meditation. For people of all backgrounds, genders, and ages.To get a picture of the Warrior’s Meditation, imagine a battlefield scenario with a single Samurai stands surrounded by multiple opponents. A novice’s attention would jump from opponent to opponent in an anxious attempt to defend himself. Such a strategy soon tires the warrior, who will be defeated. An expert warrior will spread his attention evenly in all directions but still experience anxiety as he mentally plans his strategy. His thought and anxiety may be his downfall if his opponents are truly skilled. A master’s attention, like the expert’s, is spread evenly, but he remains as calm as the surface of a still lake. With no predetermined idea of what his actions might be, his body takes the right action without a single thought. You may wonder how the Samurai’s experience bears any resemblance to your modern life. After all, no armies or assassins seem to be trying to attack you or your town. In one way, we modern people are not so different from the Samurai. With our busy lives, we don’t have time to spend hours a day in meditation. Instead, we need a meditation that allows our actions in a high-pressure, fast-paced world to flow from a depth of awareness. The Warrior’s Meditation helps you access and express from that depth naturally.Surprisingly, a significant body of scientific research verifies the benefits associated with regular meditation practice. The Warrior's Meditation is unlike any meditation. This method is flexible in application, which allows it to blend with whatever your day has in store. Through short daily sessions, these benefits will open up to you through your active life. No longer do you need to retreat from life to meditate, for with the Warrior's Meditation, you can bring calm, clear awareness and vibrant life with you wherever you are. Eventually, you will fully embody meditation as a way of being, not just a doing. With your purchase of this book, you will also receive access to a free 1-month trial of my daily guided meditation service, where you will instill a healthy practice of the Warrior's Meditation. NLS 018: Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone with Dr. Emma Mardlin

NLS 018: Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone with Dr. Emma Mardlin

We as human beings create comfort zones to protect ourselves in many ways. Sometimes we become comfortable in those boundaries we create, then it becomes detrimental to our growth and bravery to step out into the world with more openness and positivity. This conversation today is about staying aware that we don't become accustomed to staying within our comfort zones and over-protecting ourselves. To help us explore this conundrum is an expert mind, body, and medicine clinician, Dr. Emma Mardlin. Dr. Em, as she’s commonly known, is a writer, metaphysical researcher, trainer, psychotherapist, and founding member of the Pinnacle Practice in the UK, where she works primarily with both adults and children dealing with psychological and physical conditions and traumas. Her clinical practice involves human psychology, the unconscious mind, and the entire neurology to activate positive results both mentally and physically.I found out about her book ‘Out of Your Comfort Zone: Breaking Boundaries for a Life Beyond Limits’ - published in 2019, and I really wanted to dive into the psychology behind living in a comfort zone. The book offers a guide to incrementally break out of your comfort zone and confronting and transforming fear… Dr. Em provides the innovative Zone Test to measure your comfort zone before and after working through the book, tools such as the intuition indicator and RACE technique, and the thought-provoking “life discovery model” designed to support you in your new adventures once you’ve conquered your fears and let go of limitations. Offering practices to start the journey toward exciting positive change, she presents resilience-builder challenges, anxiety-buster techniques, practices for indestructible thinking, and “baby steps” to build confidence. She explores why we feel fear and how fear works in the brain, anxiety-reducing foods, and how they work nutritionally, as well as the key psychological markers of a fearless “zone zero” personality.Whether you experience irrational fear, have a phobia that plagues you, look back on a lifetime of anxiety and limitations, or suffer from nerves and a lack of confidence, this guide provides a full range of comprehensive resources and tools to help you fully transform your fears, discover your true ambitions, and achieve everything you can in life.Over the years, Dr. Mardlin has compiled her life’s research to help more people achieve what others have deemed impossible. These unique holistic approaches and tools are compressed into her books, ‘B.A.T.S.H.I.T 'Not So Crazy': Axing Anxiety in 7 Steps: Your Powerful Guide’, and ‘Mind Body Diabetes Type 1 and Type 2: A positive, powerful and proven solution to stop diabetes once and for all.’You can find links to the books in the show notes below. It was a pleasure speaking to Dr. Emma Mardlin. NLS 015: Unlocking the Mystery of Consciousness: Uncover the Answers with Frauke Sandig & Eric Black

NLS 015: Unlocking the Mystery of Consciousness: Uncover the Answers with Frauke Sandig & Eric Black

I recently saw the documentary, Aware: Glimpses of Consciousness, and I felt that it would be a perfect conversation for the show because of how it digs into multiple layers of consciousness and asks a lot of big questions and answers, a couple of questions. But you're also left with questions at the end of films, which is always a good sign to keep the conversation going.Frauke Sandig and Eric Black have done a number of other projects together on a common theme of social, environmental, and psychological consciousness. Set to be theatrically released in the US and Germany in September 2021, Aware confronts the "Big Questions", cutting a window into a realm previously held tight by philosophy and religion: AWARE follows six brilliant researchers, approaching the greatest of all mysteries from radically different perspectives, from within and without: through high-tech brain research and Eastern meditation, by scientifically exploring inner space through psychedelic substances and by investigating the consciousness of plants. Scientists are arriving at new insights - some have been integral to Indigenous knowledge for millennia.AWARE opens as a science film but emerges well beyond the explicable, ultimately leading one on a voyage upon the ocean of consciousness, a contemplative, sensual, cinematographic meditation. The networks of consciousness are reflected in 'grand' imagery revealing the vast interconnectedness of Nature - from the smallest organisms to the world of plants and animals and on to the cosmos. We explore the depths and crevasses of the topic of consciousness and how we are impacted by it inwardly and outwardly through meditating, psychedelic research, etc.The duo has done exceptional work highlighting stories or topics that challenge our subjective experience and implore the viewers to look harder, think deeper, and act better. It was a pleasure speaking with Frauke and Eric. Enjoy!Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/next-level-soul-podcast-with-alex-ferrari--4858435/support.

NLS 014: Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, The Beatles & Transcendental Meditation with Paul Saltzman

NLS 014: Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, The Beatles & Transcendental Meditation with Paul Saltzman

I saw the trailer for the, Meeting The Beatles in India documentary by Paul Saltzman and I instantly know that I wanted to have him on the show. His unique experience meeting the Beatles in 1968 at the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's ashram in India changed his life forever and this cosmic aligning story is one that reinstalls faith in finding purpose in the strangest of places. Director Paul Saltzman returns to India as he reminiscences his time with the Beatles while they were on a spiritual retreat under the mentorship of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in 1968.It's honestly a remarkable once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of timing and positioning.‘If you really want to look at yourself more carefully, you might want to get away from the environment you grew up in.’ Paul received this soul message at age 23, after having the realization that his life was lacking the substance of the soul and he was set to find answers. The cosmic gods led him to India where, even though it cost him a lot financially and in his personal life, he was being pulled towards the existential resolve that that is healing through Transcendental Meditation. On this pilgrim, it just so happened that Paul ended up seeking help to mend his broken heart through meditation at the same ashram as THE BEATLES and their loved ones. Integrating into the ashram community brought in the opportunity to photograph the Beatles during the duration of his stay. He details this very shockingly positive-life-altering opportunity in his 2018 book, The Beatles in India, and in his 2020 documentary, Meeting The Beatles in India. In 1968, the Beatles went to Rishikesh, India, studied transcendental meditation, and wrote music. These intimate photos are the only record of their time in this sacred retreat. This new edition of The Beatles in India brings intimate images of the group, taken at an ashram in Rishikesh, India, to a wider audience than ever before. No photographers or press were allowed at Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s ashram in the foothills of the Himalayas, but the Beatles had no objection to fellow visitor Paul Saltzman freely snapping pictures during their time there. This unprecedented access resulted in an extensive collection of intimate photos of the world’s most beloved rock band during one of their most serene and productive periods, only two years before the official dissolution of the group.Containing a wide-ranging narrative by Saltzman—about everything from the story of how “Dear Prudence” came to be to George Harrison’s description of the first time he picked up a sitar—this unique and exclusive exploration of one of the Beatles’ most tender and bittersweet periods is a must-have for all fans of the legendary rock group. It was a pleasure speaking to Paul.
