Kristin Myers is the editor-in-chief of The Balance. This interview was partly based on an article she wrote titled 44% of US Adults Are Not Financially Ready for Recession. Kristin Myers is a journalist, producer, and Editor-in-Chief of The Balance, a site that makes personal finance easy to understand. She was a daily host of Yahoo Finance Live, covering business, markets, and politics. Kristin also helped launch Al Jazeera America, where she was part of the field teams for special coverage including the riots in Ferguson, and Nelson Mandela's funeral. She’s also worked with Bloomberg News, MSNBC, and many others.
