He is an executive search and healthcare professional staffing leader who founded The Royster Group in 2001. A first-generation graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He knows what it’s like to be marginalized, so he has made it his mission to support others who have talent but are often overlooked.
The National Institute of Health said it best: A diverse nation calls for a diverse healthcare force. That is why a significant portion of our efforts is dedicated to the healthcare sector.
