5 Reasons Menendez Brothers May Stay In Prison

Erik and Lyle Menendez are serving sentences of life in prison without the possibility of parole for the 1989 murders of their parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez. The brothers are asking to be resentenced citing new evidence they say supports their claim they were sexually abused by their father. But one relative wants the brothers to remain behind bars.
