More Than A Lunch Lady

Lacy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 18 years of foodservice experience and is currently the Child Nutrition Director for Cleveland ISD which is the fastest growing district in Texas.

Lacy is passionate about helping others improve their health and wellness, and about being a lunch lady. I’m sure after listening to her story, you’ll learn there’s a lot more to being a “Lunch Lady” than you might have already thought.
