How to Open a Bar During A Global Pandemic with Greg Almeida, Publiq

There is something about the lyrics to the theme tune of the TV program Cheers that seems particularly applicable to my guest today. For those who might not know them, they goes something like this, and I am not singing:

“Sometimes you wanna go

Where everybody knows your name

Our Cocktail of the week is Publiq’s Strawberry Margarita:

INGREDIENTS

• 40 ml Ocho Tequila
• 10 ml Fino Sherry
• 20 ml Strawberry cordial
• 5 ml Martini Fiero
• 5 ml Lime juice

METHOD

• Add all of the ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake, shake, shake
• Strain into a coupe glass or served on ice.
