The New York Islanders finally placed Anthony Duclair on LTIR and then they brought up Pierre Engvall and Hudson Fasching from Bridgeport and signed Matt Martin to a one-year deal for the league minimum. But Patrick Roy did not seem thrilled with Lou Lamoriello's moves and was not available to the press before Saturday night's loss to the Florida Panthers.
