She unpacks in this interview what helped her get through trauma and how to feel, heal, and reveal. I loved having her on to tell her story of trafficking, surviving the 2017 Las Vegas Shooting, and a journey to healing. PJ's links are below. I am a passionate and dedicated writer who loves to create content that is both

informative and engaging. I believe that good writing can change the world, and I strive to make a positive impact through my work. In addition to my writing skills, I am also a speaker who informs and educates to engage and inspire your group while motivating them toward success and wellness in mind, body, and spirit. After experiencing my first yoga class over 20 years ago at a shelter for abused women and children, I vowed to give back by becoming a certified yoga teacher so I could volunteer to help others learn to have peace within their own breath. I have been teaching groups and private yoga classes since 2017. I am also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and a certified master hypnotherapist. My focus on health and wellness and inspiring others with my public speaking and writing is driven by my own recovery from a closed brain injury in 1999 and the loss of an unborn child because of the October 1, 2017, shooting in Las Vegas. As a survivor of October 1, I have worked to help other survivors use meditation and hypnotherapy to heal. As a mother, I also love to homeschool and teach my children and others to maintain presence and peace through self-regulation techniques that are essential components to getting mentally and physically unstuck.

Biography

Raised in Naples, Florida, PJ started acting, modeling, singing, writing, and speaking on stage at an early age, starting with commercials and plays in Elementary school. After experiencing her first yoga class over 20 years ago at a shelter for abused women and children, PJ vowed to give back by becoming a certified yoga teacher so she could volunteer to help others learn to have peace within their own breath. PJ has been teaching groups and private yoga classes since 2017. PJ is also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and a certified master hypnotherapist. Her focus on health and wellness and inspiring others with her public speaking and writing is driven by her own recovery from a closed brain injury in 1999 and the loss of an unborn child because of the October 1, 2017, shooting in Las Vegas. PJ continues to act, coach, speak, teach, train, and write as she supports animal rights and child advocacy, as well as educating and informing others about the dangers of human trafficking. She authored two books, Soul Quest Unlocking Your God Given-Destiny and Feel, Heal, and Reveal: A journey to Emotional Independence.
