In part 2 we start further discussing how we can cope with stressors, methods such as using privacy to feel more protected. There are multiple options such as direct and open communication about a social stressor, or talking openly about reasons why we feel we can’t easily answer such as past experiences. Other people may place insecurities onto us leaving us feeling uncomfortable and distressed.
