Through his on-line work, Paul serves as a translator and helps autistic and non-autistic people better understand the strategies and tools they can both use to understand how to let go of unconscious expectations!

Paul provides his EI courses on-line to help those who have a logical, rational brain understand the skills they need to increase their emotional intelligence. Paul also shares the strategies he uses to thrive in life and his neurodiverse relationship.
