There is so much that goes on in an adoptee's head from infancy to childhood to adulthood. How are the initial traumas hardwired into an adoptee? What kinds of effects will this have growing up?

Erika and Resa both have experienced this and its' effects on their mental health, and today, Krista Nelson, from Family Circle Counseling in St Paul, will help us find the reasons why, ways to cope, and guide us through methods to removing the stigma.
