S02 Ep#1 Zahan’s Untold Story- A Mother’s Resilience

My guest tonight is Parisa Anwar, a brave mom who lost her 20-year-old son after fighting Niemann pick-c Syndrome, a rare genetic condition that affects many of the body’s organs and systems. In this Episode, Parisa shares the story of Zahan’s battle against this debilitating disease, and how she coped when he was unable to speak for 12 years as his health continued to deteriorate. And what life is after he’s gone. “ He went as beautifully as he came into this world.” - Parisa Anwar.
