10 Best Methods/How To Remember Your Dreams- Excellent Result - Mr Kapish O.J.O

1. Do not eat late, from 7pm-8pm should be the last time to eat at night if you must eat late or later than 6pm. From 8pm upward no more food please, if you want to remember your dreams in full detailed.

2. Switch off your phones, television or radios before going to bed/sleeping- This will allow quiet atmosphere and less distractions whiles sleeping.

3. Do not drink alcohol or stay up late drunk to bed/sleep- You are likely to be dreaming and you will have no clue of your dreams/nor will you be able to remember you slept.

4. Do not drink any dark coloured drink/juice/water- such as dark currant juices, Guinness and more.

5. Do not eat with a traditional native pot or spoon, clay pot or clay plates, spoon or ancient moulded cutleries.

6. Do not allow too much comfort, AC air conditioning or too much heater for one’s comfortability.

7. Do not watch sexual contents- such as porns, sexual magazines, books or clicking sexual links. You open doors to demons and spiritual spouses.

8. Always make sure you say your night prayers before bed/sleeping- Say Oh God, please plant the TREE OF BLOOD OF JESUS in my dreams as I sleep- AMEN.

9. Do not fight/quarrel your partner/any one before bed- As this might get your soul, body and spirit dis-oriented and not positively focused in the dream world/spirit realm.
