In this very special episode we talk with my mentor & coach Jill Coleman, creator of #Moderation365 about her experience as a figure competitor stuck in the binge and deprive cycle who one day asked herself; "How can I eat healthy forever, not just for a show or period of time?". This question would be the catalyst for three years of metabolic healing, food trial-and-error, and relinquishing her perfectionist mentality for the sake of progress and more joy in life.
