Chances are if you've ever tried to lose weight you have followed some sort of meal plan, protocol or cookie-cutter approach and have been left more frustrated by the end of it than when you began. While meal plans can help people with specific health issues; I don't find it's the best approach for those who want to eat better long term and are looking to achieve fat-loss and keep it off.
