This week's guest is Fatima Oliver, author of "The Prescription is in the Dirt," an inspirational memoir about her life's journey. Fatima is also a wife and mother who has a passion for helping others and speaking life into women. Using, what she calls, a "Baby Step" approach, Fatima has been able to embrace the work necessary to heal from childhood trauma, heartbreak, and abuse.

When not working on healing her soul, Fatima loves doing mud races, eating chocolate, and watching Impractical Jokers. She also recently finished her first half marathon during the pandemic.

In this episode, Lu sits down to have a heart-to-heart with Fatima about turning pain to purpose, overcoming a victim mentality and healing from traumatic life experiences.
