CALM CRYSTAL is a sleep meditation for kids (great for adults too). Crystals are wonderful tools that we can use to instil calm and relaxation. This meditation is direct from my multi award nominated Kids Mindfulness Program. Snuggle down under the covers and get yourself ready for calm and relaxation.
