And what better way to mark this occasion than by supporting his most thrilling project yet: his debut book, “The Mysterious Map: Kai and Beary’s Exciting Journey.” The Inspiration Behind the Book: One morning, Kai woke up in tears. When asked about it, he recounted a vivid dream about a magical bear named Beary, his dreamland best friend. The sorrow of waking up and realizing he might never see Beary again was overwhelming. This touching moment became the catalyst for our book. To ensure Beary’s story lived on, Kai and I embarked on this writing journey together. Our aspiration is not just to tell a captivating story but to evolve this into a series that imparts essential life skills to children - critical thinking, emotion management, and conflict resolution. Live Q&A Session: The event will also feature a live Q&A segment, offering you a platform to ask your most pressing questions about employing negotiation and conflict resolution techniques in parenting. At the American Negotiation Institute, we firmly believe that the best things in life lie on the other side of difficult conversations.
