World Liver Day is commemorated globally every year on the 19th of April with the aim of raising awareness about liver health and the prevalence of liver diseases worldwide. After completing his MBBS from Kanyakumari Government Medical College, he obtained his master’s in General Medicine (MD) from Madras Medical College.
