This Too Shall Pass: Surviving Mother's Day Without Mum; Covid-19 Edition

It's great to be baaack!

Under weird circumstances, obv.

This week's episode covers my current experience of the C word (and not the usual one) and how it's affected my life and my mental capacity to prioritise the podcast right now - and how sad I am about it.

I also cover the impending dread of Mother's Day tomorrow (at the time of writing) and how the current situation is impacting our ability to cope with this. Hopefully a few of the tips I speak about in this ep will be useful to you guys!

I'm so grateful to all of you for all of the support you give, not just to me, but to each other. The grief community is honestly the best.

Look forward to catching up with all of you soon! In the meantime, please take care!
