Missing Persons Spotlight-

The Norman Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate 16-year-old Kayleb Houk. He is believed to be a vulnerable and endangered runaway based on a variety of chronic health and mobility conditions that have resulted in him being primarily confined to a wheelchair. Houk also recently had medical procedures and may have open wounds.

Houk ran away from a residential treatment facility in the 4200 block of 24th Ave NW, and was last seen in the area of Porter Ave and Franklin St at approximately 11:52 p.m. on Jan. 22. He was reported as a runaway to NPD on Jan. 24. Houk is described as a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds with dark blonde hair and hazel eyes. He is primarily wheelchair-bound.
