NY Gov Hochul Brags about $9 Congestion Pricing

As if NYC prices weren’t high enough, Governor Kathy Hochul vows to resurrect controversial “congestion pricing.” I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. Never underestimate a Democrat’s ability to raise prices for working Americans. New York Governor Kathy Hochul is bragging about the very controversial $9 dollar “congestion” toll she hopes to ramrod through before president elect Trump takes office. In fact, she expects New Yorkers to be grateful the toll is only 9 dollars instead of 15! Hochul argues the toll is necessary to fund an MTA transit modernization project and reduce congestion. And by “reduce congestion” she means pricing out average folks who cannot afford to pay a $9 toll to drive into large swaths of Manhattan! Time is of the essence for Hochul given President Elect Trump opposes this congestion pricing scheme and would likely halt it after taking office. Hochul tried to implement this plan over the summer but halted it herself, citing the financial pressure it’d place on commuters. Well Kathy, newsflash, 6 months later and the financial pressure on commuters is still a thing! New York, you get what you vote for and while the country chose Trump, if you keep electing Democrat governors this is what you’ll get!
