Who is Fabio? I like to go "all in" on anything I want to do

A quick bit of history and insight into who I am and why I'm here talking to you.I've been where you are. High stress, constantly working. Providing for a family.I always knew I could be more. I knew I had unlimited potential. I had a strict dad which formed the first part of my identity. Work hard, be good, do the right thing.
This lead to a feeling of low self esteem and constantly working harder to prove I was good enough. Seeking validation from bigger muscles, bigger achievements, a better job. But it was never good enough.All that lead me to a dark place. It forced me to look within. Now after working on myself for over 11 years, spending tens of thousands of pounds on education, coaching and mentorship, as well as helping men get out of their own hell, I have found my purpose.

I'm happy, I can run far, lift heavy, touch my toes and most importantly, I have the energy to play with my little boy. I have a great little family, my business isn't stress free but I've made it work for me and it serves me while being able to be the best father I can be. I now help men become the best version of themselves they can be by getting them healthy, increasing their energy and becoming leaders of their own life.
