Former England Rugby captain Chris Robshaw joined me on Headstrong to chat about his sporting highs and lows in the sport of rugby whilst we created vases at Lucy Vail Floristry. We chatted about his time as captain of Harlequins and England, what leadership does to you mentally and the pressures of playing professional sport.
