Zachary Beach

Zachary Beach is a part of the Smart Real Estate Coach family, located in Newport, Rhode Island. He co-authored their most recent best-selling book, The New Rules of Real Estate Investing, working alongside his brother-in-law Nick, father-in-law Chris, and a great support team. He is a successful real estate investor, completing over 100 deals in under 3 years and he continues to buy and sell property without using his own cash, credit or investors' money.
