I'm not gonna lie, you may feel a little called out in this episode!

Throughout my journey, I often needed a kick in the butt to keep going and to stop making the journey harder than it needed to be. And that's just it, oftentimes we make the recovery journey harder than it needs to be, either knowingly or unknowingly. So I wanted to created this episode for you because I want to help you uncover any blind spots that you might have that are keeping you stuck, and I also want to give you some motivation and insight that will help you to keep moving forward, without things continuing to be so hard.
